Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in electricity/energy sector in the country. Ability to develop, review and implement government electricity policies and programs in Vanuatu.

Research skills, policy development skills, planning skills, report writing skills, project management skills, negotiation skills and computer literate
Valid Driver’s Licence
