The Department of Energy under the Ministry for Climate Change is formally advertising for the Request for Tender (RFT) for the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar PV MicroGrid at Wintua and Lorlow Communities, South West Bay, Malekula Island.
This is part of the National Energy Road Map (NERM, 2016-2030) highlighting access to energy as one of Vanuatu´s five Development Priorities. The extension of existing grids and electricity access for remote households are the main targets under the NERM priority accessible energy
The selection of company to provide the required works is conducted through the Vanuatu Government Tender process through Request for Tender.
Tender submissions will be evaluated and scored in accordance with criteria defined in the package and recommended bidders submitted to the Central Tender Board for approval.
