The Means of Platts Singapore (MOPS) is trending slightly downwards which currently is showing for pump prices at retail outlets supplied directly by Pacific Energy (SSP Vanuatu). While the MOPS is slightly steady over this period, the freight rates is moving up and Vanuatu may experience an upward movement in the prices over the 4Q25 period.
