Retail gasoil and gasoline fuel prices are seeing more declines compared to previous price drops. Benzin price is 170 VT/L and retail Mazut is at 155 VT/L. These low prices are only found at retail fuel stations around Vanuatu that purchase petroleum fuel from the Pacific Energy and are effective from Thursday 12 June 2025.

BRANTV Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Local Operator Training Program Supported by Pacific Centre of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient (PCREEE)

The Department of Energy through the Barrier Removal for Achieving National Energy Road Map of Vanuatu (BRANTV) project has successfully partnered with the Pacific Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient (PCREEE) based in Nukualofa, Tonga to promote capacity building and training program in off-grid Renewable Energy technology applications for local communities. The Training program remains a cross cutting component of delivering priority programmes for both the Department of Energy through BRANTV project and also to achieving the PCREEE priorities areas.
